I enjoyed my five-night stay at this serene oasis. The gardens are beautiful, and the pools are well-maintained, making relaxation easy. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a delightful experience. It’s the perfect getaway for anyone looking to unwind in lush tranquility. I’d love to return and reconnect with nature!

Check-in experience could be smoother!!! Room assignments were inconsistent, which was frustrating. Wait times for drinks at the pool bar were excessive, and cleanliness in common areas needs major attention!!!

Family with children will enjoy it

The pool area was fantastic! the staff at the bar were super friendly and really engaged with the kids which made their day.

It wasn't inexpensive, but I’d say still worth it.

I loved how clean our apartment was upon arrival, and the garden view from the balcony was just so relaxing. The pool area was great for soaking up the sun, and I enjoyed the outdoor hot tub too. Just a heads up, a little landscaping could spruce up the view beyond the fence, but overall it was a fantastic stay! 🌞

Pool area lacks umbrellas for shade. Staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed playing table tennis and the good breakfast options.

Had an awesome group vacation! We visited the Wildlife Habitat zoo just minutes before reaching the resort. The pool was great for relaxing, and the cocktails were refreshing. Staff were friendly, and I loved the room's view. It's a good idea to have a car as it's a bit far from the main spots, but totally worth it for the chill vibes.

The breakfast experience was a bit frustrating. We were initially told we could only order from a limited menu, and when we finally gave feedback, it felt like we were brushed off until we insisted. It could use better communication and organization.

Just a well-suited match for a brief stop-in in Port Douglas with best value for money ratio. The chef made me an excellent omelette with a rich mushroom reduction. Definitely have a car for easier access to local spots.

The pool view from our room was simply stunning! It made for lazy afternoons that felt like paradise. However, the breakfast options were pretty limited, leaving us a bit disappointed.

In my wife’s opinion, the restaurant options could be improved for families. We had a hard time finding enough variety, especially for dinner.

Good location and lovely pool, but the microwave didn’t work during our stay.
